Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


International Shipping

We support worldwide shipping. However, due to legal, regulatory, or logistical restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following countries or regions:


Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Libya, Republic of Cuba, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.


Orders placed with shipping addresses in these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

Depending on the destination, order size, and service availability, orders may be shipped using one or more of the following logistics providers:


United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx


International Express Shipping: DHL Express, Aramex


Standard International Shipping: EMS, ePacket


The shipping carrier and method are automatically selected by us based on the delivery destination, package size and weight, and carrier availability. Customers cannot select a specific carrier unless otherwise stated.


Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided for reference only; actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, or other factors beyond our control.


ORDER REVISIONS / CANCELLATIONS / DAMAGES:

To facilitate the timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed. Please select your items carefully and check for accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details, including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at assist@vdemm.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. You must retain the damaged items and all packaging until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item or packaging, we will not be able to honor the claim or be able to issue any adjustment, including credit.  Claims will only be considered if received within 30 days of date of shipment.
